You are solely responsible for ensuring that any material you provide (text, images, ideas, or concepts) does not violate copyright, trademark, or any other legal rights.
All original work created by Global Publishing Hub LLC remains the property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership rights for the agreed deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
All services are subject to agreed pricing. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Any additional revisions or services beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
We offer revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Once a project phase is approved, further changes may be treated as a new request and billed accordingly.
Final approval from the client indicates acceptance of the work as delivered.
Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope and client cooperation. Delays caused by the client, third parties, or unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery timelines.
We are not liable for delays caused by external platforms such as publishing platforms or app stores.
Global Publishing Hub LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee specific results such as book sales, rankings, or audience growth, as these depend on multiple external factors.
Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., publishing platforms, social media platforms). We are not responsible for changes, policies, or performance of these platforms.
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to meet payment obligations.
Clients may also terminate services; however, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.
Global Publishing Hub LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
